London, 1994. Follow the adventures of Keef Le Cat, a ginger feline with a magical fez that allows him to travel all time and space in search of gourmet cat food.

Often accompanying Keef on these adventures are his random group of friends: Sidney Snakerton, a top-hatted snake who can't swear properly. Frank, Trevor, & Jazz from local bird-punk band The Sex Pigeons. Sebastian Sparrowhawk, an educated, chocolate addicted, bird of prey, who likes flying around on the wrong side of the power lines. Leeroy Rat, a local 'dealer' and fashion enthusiast. Uncle Nelson, a danger to himself and eveyone else. And Amelia, a Canadian cat who is obsessed with all things naked.

Along the way, Keef finds himself saving Kevin De Sharke from insane psycho-dolphins. Discovers that in the future, he, Amelia, and Sidney, have become tyrant-deities in different dystopian versions of London. And also, that the pigeon-lady in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, really is as terrifying as she appears on screen.
